Collaborates with the procurement department and preserves product integrity. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for ensuring proper storage of supplies, materials, and medications, strictly adhering to current regulations; * Maintains detailed inventory control through accurate system-based recordkeeping, logging all movements from receipt to stock adjustments; * Strategically organizes product placement within the storage area according to the locations registered in the system; * Reviews and signs supplier invoice entry reports, verifying conformity with purchase orders; * Ensures that invoice reports are forwarded to the accounting department for proper processing; * Guarantees fulfillment of weekly orders within agreed timelines, delivering all requested items and quantities to requesting departments; * Maintains continuous communication with the procurement department to resolve issues such as delivery delays, purchase order corrections, product returns, and other matters related to goods receipt at the Distribution Center; * Regularly monitors quarantined items and follows up to resolve these situations promptly; * Ensures correct item identification in inventory, including addressing and labeling items, while guaranteeing shelf and storage space organization; * Keeps the storage area clean and organized, with emphasis on hygiene and maintenance of storage shelves; * Monitors daily inventory levels of supplies, materials, and medications; * Tracks departmental replenishment requests weekly to ensure full availability of required items; * Maintains daily organization of products in the storage area, optimizing space utilization; * Sustains continuous monitoring of order fulfillment status; * Coordinates distribution activities in accordance with schedules and operational needs; * Verifies all pending receipts to ensure timely resolution; * Monitors the Follow-Up spreadsheet for Service Delivery and Distribution Center; * Ensures timely access to supplies and materials; this role significantly impacts operational continuity; * Accurate product distribution minimizes waste and optimizes resource utilization; * Maintaining accurate records supports accountability and continuous improvement; * Optimizing storage space reflects a commitment to overall operational efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: * Completed high school education * Intermediate-level computer literacy DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Technical or undergraduate degree in Logistics (in progress or completed). **Additional Information** **Transportation:** Transportation Allowance; **Well-being:** Unimed health plan **Meals:** Meal Allowance/Food Allowance of R$ 18.00 per workday; At the **Regional Hospital of Teófilo Otoni**, managed by the **Instituto Mário Penna**, we believe health extends far beyond procedures — it resides in attentive observation, genuine listening, and above all, humanized care.
