Imagine yourself undertaking challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **and being responsible for:** * Diagnosing operational training needs and designing training programs using methodologies and formats appropriate for each audience. * Identifying opportunities to improve training programs through direct presence in operations and evaluation of operational KPIs. * Leading the training front for new projects in partnership with OE, Operations, TECH, and Project Management teams. * Developing training materials in various formats and managing KPIs for monitoring training programs. * Ensuring localized training aligned with business needs, while collaborating closely—leading operational teams of team leaders and site-dedicated assistants—to achieve scalability, synergy, and effectiveness in communication and training initiatives. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields. * Experience in operational training, managing training projects, and knowledge of instructional design for both in-person and virtual courses and training programs. * Competencies to develop effective and dynamic training, ensuring alignment with goals through strategic action plans. * Strong communication and strategic skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and hierarchical levels within operations.
