




Job Summary: Deliver lessons following the Wizard by Pearson methodology for children, teenagers, and adults, optimizing the learning process and participating in pedagogical activities. Actively participate in pedagogical meetings and training sessions **JOB OBJECTIVE** Deliver lessons adhering to the methodology and experience standards of Wizard by Pearson for children, teenagers, and adults. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** Prepare lessons according to the Wizard by Pearson methodology, analyzing the content to be covered, aiming to optimize students' learning process. Adjust classroom teaching approach according to each student's age and proficiency level. Attend monthly and weekly meetings with the Pedagogical Coordination team. Grade students' assignments, discussing weak points and clarifying content-related doubts, returning them within a maximum of one week after submission. Complete the student attendance and performance report after each class, subsequently reporting to the school administration office and the Pedagogical Coordinator starting from the student's first absence. Arrange make-up classes for students who missed lessons. Participate in franchisor-led training sessions at the Corporate University, completing the Teacher Pathway program and any additional courses aligned with this role, as well as training sessions conducted by the school's Pedagogical Coordination team. Collaborate with the Pedagogical Coordination team to study measures aimed at improving pedagogical processes. Assist in promoting and administering the student satisfaction survey. When necessary, conduct parent-teacher meetings together with the Pedagogical Coordinator. Assist in organizing collective student activities and school events.
