We seek and value talent—individuals with personality, determination, and drive. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Support vehicle after-sales processes by monitoring requests following delivery; * Provide customer service and outreach during the after-sales phase, offering guidance and directing inquiries; * Maneuver vehicles in the dealership yard when necessary, adhering to internal safety standards; * Inspect vehicle washes to ensure quality standards are met before customer delivery; * Verify customer documents and registration information; * Archive physical and digital departmental processes, contracts, and documents; * Assist in tracking deadlines, pending items, and after-sales administrative processes; * Update internal systems, spreadsheets, and operational controls; * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper functioning of the after-sales reception area; * Support the sales team, service department, and other dealership areas in after-sales routines. Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) Driver's License: Category B
