Job Summary: Atex Brasil is seeking talents to provide technical support on construction sites, guiding customers on product usage, assisting builders, and proactively resolving service requests. Join Atex and become part of an outstanding team! **Responsibilities:** Conduct site visits to guide customers on proper product usage. Provide additional information regarding assembly instructions to builders. Respond to service requests during construction execution, offering technical support and assistance whenever required. Proactively resolve technical support service requests. Record data related to construction progress monitoring. Capture photographic documentation of construction progress. Update productivity indicators used by the Technical and Commercial departments. Assist in developing technical instructions for dissemination, such as videos, photos, or other necessary media. **Requirements:** Completed high school education. Technical course in Building Construction or ongoing undergraduate studies in Civil Engineering preferred. Experience in construction execution, customer service, and/or technical support preferred. **Must Have:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Ability to read technical drawings. Valid Brazilian driver's license, category B.
