Development of safety programs and training * Preparation of documents related to occupational safety, * Ensuring employee safety and quality of life. * Ensuring compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs) and applicable legislation. * Minimizing workplace accidents and occupational diseases through preventive actions. * Inspecting and analyzing working conditions and processes to identify hazards. * Preparing, implementing, and monitoring occupational safety and health (OSH) programs. * Developing and delivering safety training and educational campaigns. * Supervising the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE). * Monitoring and evaluating OSH performance indicators. Monitoring the Risk Management Program (PGR) and the Occupational Health Program (PCMSO). Handling service platform requirements, registrations, and document updates. * Strong observational, communication, and detail-oriented skills. * Analytical profile for identifying and assessing risks. * Interpersonal relationship and conflict management skills.
