Imagine leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **and being responsible for:** * Ensuring maintenance of machinery, equipment, and buildings at the Barueri and Jaguaré/SP sites, negotiating deadlines with local leaders, and managing maintenance performance indicators. * Managing maintenance and facilities contracts with third-party companies—evaluating service quality and payment terms—as well as preparing, validating, and monitoring the annual budget for both areas. * Evaluating and developing new service providers, ensuring they meet delivery standards such as schedule, quality, and related criteria. * Maintaining compliance with all safety, environmental, and risk management policies and procedures. * Managing the maintenance and facilities team, actively supporting the team to sustain a cooperative, excellent, and high-performance work environment. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering. * Extensive hands-on experience in maintenance and facilities execution, control, and planning within manufacturing plants and/or logistics operations. * Experience managing contracts and third-party service provision, plus experience managing technical teams—including oversight of area routines, engagement, time tracking, and other corporate matters. * Knowledge of budget planning, OBZ, OPEX, CAPEX, asset management, failure analysis, equipment criticality matrix, as well as advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets and maintenance software. * Willingness to work onsite, based at the Barueri/SP site, and availability for frequent travel to the Jaguaré/SP site. **We offer you:** * The chance to be part of an entrepreneurial company that loves thinking big and long-term. * The opportunity to take ownership of your development in an environment rich with opportunities, learning, growth, expansion, and challenging projects. * Collaboration and knowledge-sharing with outstanding professionals and experts. * An excellent work environment, equipped with everything you need to have a great experience. :) Mercado Libre does not contact candidates offering job opportunities in exchange for payment.
