Imagine leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **and being responsible for:** * Supervising teams in maintenance and facilities routines. Managing the planning, control, and execution team for maintenance and facilities, guiding, training, and actively supporting employees to foster a cooperative work environment, performance excellence, and personal success across the entire portfolio. * Developing plans and monitoring service execution at sites, reviewing and preparing technical reports, and negotiating delivery priorities and deadlines. * Overseeing construction works and acceptance, ensuring compliance with all safety, environmental policies and procedures, as well as managing risks and the utilities park across units. * Preparing and monitoring the area's annual budget, ensuring maintenance of site machinery, equipment, and buildings, and managing indicators—including mean time between failures, repairs, and availability. Additionally, analyzing, proposing actions, and controlling the business area's performance indicators. * Evaluating and developing new service providers to ensure compliance with delivery standards—such as service level agreements, schedules, and quality—as well as documenting and managing scope changes and underperformance instances. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Automation Engineering, plus knowledge of maintenance management systems and performance indicators. * Experience executing, controlling, and planning industrial or logistics maintenance, contract management, third-party service provision, failure analysis, and equipment criticality matrices. * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams using performance measurement tools. * Knowledge of budget planning—including zero-based budgeting, operating and capital expenditures, and asset management—as well as experience managing contracts and services for facilities and/or utilities. * Availability to work in São João de Meriti/RJ, Monday to Friday, afternoon shift. **We Offer:** * The opportunity to be part of an entrepreneurial company where we love thinking big and long-term. * Being the protagonist of your development in an environment full of opportunities, learning, growth, expansion, and challenging projects. * Collaborating and learning within a team of outstanding professionals and experts. * Experiencing an excellent work environment, with everything needed to live the great experience of working at a company consistently recognized across multiple categories as a Great Place to Work.
