Managing the planning, control, and execution team for maintenance and facilities, guiding, training, and actively supporting employees to foster a cooperative work environment, performance excellence, and personal success across the entire portfolio. * Developing plans and monitoring service execution at sites, reviewing and preparing technical reports, and negotiating delivery priorities and deadlines. * Overseeing construction works and acceptance, ensuring compliance with all safety, environmental policies and procedures, as well as managing risks and the utilities park across units. * Preparing and monitoring the area's annual budget, ensuring maintenance of site machinery, equipment, and buildings, and managing indicators—including mean time between failures, repairs, and availability.
