Stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT * Conduct supplier research and analysis to ensure optimal cost-benefit ratio. * Negotiate procurement contracts and terms to optimize company resources. * Monitor supplier performance, evaluating quality of products and services delivered. * Prepare procurement and supplier performance reports, presenting results and improvement suggestions. * Collaborate with other company departments, such as logistics and production, to ensure alignment of purchasing requirements. * Participate in procurement planning and strategy meetings, contributing insights and proposals. * Stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies that may impact the procurement process. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in procurement processes and supplier negotiation, especially in the Economic Housing Construction sector (MCMV). * Knowledge of inventory management and market analysis. * Proficiency in drafting and analyzing contracts. * Ability to work effectively in teams and collaboratively. * Proficiency with management tools and ERP systems. * Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proactivity and results-oriented mindset. * **Preferred Qualifications:** * Certifications in procurement or supply chain management. * Experience in companies within this specific industry. * Foreign language proficiency. * Participation in continuous improvement projects. **Benefits:** Internal benefits
