Job Summary: We are seeking a Land Analyst to provide technical and documentary support in land regularization processes, real estate analysis, and support for surveying and georeferencing projects. Ensuring legal and land-related compliance of areas and properties We are seeking a Land Analyst to provide technical and documentary support in land regularization processes, real estate analysis, and support for surveying, georeferencing, and real estate appraisal projects. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the legal and land-related compliance of areas and properties, working collaboratively with technical, legal, and public agencies. Main Responsibilities * Analyze urban and rural land documentation * Conduct verification and cross-checking of property registrations, deeds, and real estate records * Prepare and analyze chains of title * Support land regularization, easement, and expropriation processes * Liaise with notary offices, INCRA, municipal governments, and competent authorities * Support georeferencing and surveying activities * Verify maps, descriptive memoranda, and area measurements * Prepare technical land reports * Support real estate appraisal projects when required Requirements * Degree in Law, Engineering, Architecture, Geography, Surveying, or related fields * Knowledge of land documentation * Experience with urban and/or rural properties * Basic ability to read maps and descriptive memoranda * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical ability Preferred Qualifications * Experience with SIGEF / INCRA * Knowledge of CAR, CCIR, ITR * Experience in mining, linear infrastructure, or large-scale development projects * Familiarity with georeferencing and surveying * Field experience is a plus Expected Profile * Organized and responsible * Good communication skills * Ability to conduct documentary and technical analysis * Commitment to deadlines and quality Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.671,06 \- R$6\.754,21 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
