Perform data entry and system updates to ensure information agility and reliability. Monitor procurement and warehouse service quality, tracking deviations, weight losses, and operational performance, while developing quality and performance indicators. Manage and assign service orders to warehouses, participate in activity coordination, and oversee sample approvals with customers—including export processes and domestic market requirements. Release shipments according to established limits, support audits, and maintain thorough knowledge of internal quality processes. Work safely and responsibly, contributing to health, safety, and environmental practices, and perform other duties as directed by supervisors. **Qualifications** **Knowledge/Experience:** * Minimum 6 years of experience in this role; * Ability to analyze COB/NY classifications using different methodologies; * Ability to identify highest-quality coffees in inventory, thereby enhancing product value; * Knowledge of coffee-producing regions; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of the domestic market focused on low-grade coffee; * Q-Grader certification (Desirable);
