Imagine yourself undertaking challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **and being responsible for:** * Implementing short-term workforce demand planning for your area and monitoring key performance indicators to guide your team toward results delivery; * Managing your team’s working hours—including tardiness, absences, leaves, overtime, and time banks—while executing routine operational tasks related to your area’s processes with excellence; * Monitoring team deliveries and development—conducting evaluations, providing feedback, and referring team members to training; * Standardizing and optimizing operational shift handovers, ensuring proper communication of relevant topics and appropriate team allocation according to demand. Requirements: * Completed degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of project management, continuous improvement (Lean, Kaizen, or similar), proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with WMS and/or LMS systems. * Experience managing people and operational teams, with focus on safety, quality, and productivity; * Availability to work in Araucária \- PR, Shift 3 (overnight).
