If you're seeking to **accelerate your career** in an environment full of **opportunities**, where acceleration means not only advancing in roles and responsibilities but also continuously tackling challenges, don't miss this chance! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your main responsibilities** You will be a key point in the citizen's experience, performing tasks such as: * **Public-facing service:** greet, guide, and clarify inquiries about available services with empathy and clarity; * **Document screening and verification:** ensure all information is accurate prior to forwarding; * **Request processing:** assist in completing forms, collecting data, and forwarding services such as ID cards (RG), driver's licenses (CNH), and appointments; * **Administrative support:** update records, organize and archive documents, and maintain databases; * **Queue and appointment management:** organize the service flow to improve efficiency and reduce waiting time; * **Problem resolution:** promptly and courteously resolve inquiries, escalating complex cases when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements** * Completed High School education; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Good typing skills; * Prior experience in public-facing service is considered a plus. **Additional Information** **Compensation and Work Schedule** * **Salary:** R$ 1\.621,00 **Work schedule:** * Monday to Friday * From 07:30 to 17:18\. **Work location:** * Rua Vicente Figueiredo, No. 85 \- Centro, Diamantina.
