Ensure compliance with operational targets, contractual deadlines, and quality standards of services provided. Manage the operational budget, controlling costs and promoting rational use of resources. Manage team, fleet, supplies, and operational costs, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
