Identify improvement opportunities to optimize processes Grupo Saritur is seeking a **Garage Supervisor** to lead and ensure the efficiency of garage operations, ensuring organization, safety, and fleet availability for operations. **Key Responsibilities:** **Garage Operations Management** * Control vehicle entry and exit, ensuring yard organization and traffic flow. * Ensure vehicles are properly positioned for operations. * Maintain garage area organization, cleanliness, and upkeep. **Team Leadership** * Supervise and guide the garage team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance. * Foster a collaborative, safe, and productive work environment. * Ensure compliance with operational procedures and company policies. **Maintenance Support and Resource Control** * Conduct basic vehicle inspections as needed (e.g., tire inflation and fluid level checks). * Monitor garage material inventory and request replenishments. * Assist in tracking and documenting fleet maintenance activities. **Process Management and Improvement** * Prepare operational reports and controls related to fleet movement. * Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions. * Identify improvement opportunities to optimize processes and increase operational efficiency. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in garage operations, logistics, transportation, or yard/fleet management. * Experience in leading or supervising operational teams. * **Valid driver's license category D or E.** * Knowledge of fleet control and operational routines. * Availability to work rotating shifts, when required. **Join our team!**
