This is a learning-oriented position aimed at developing HR-related skills. * Assist in candidate recruitment and selection, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and providing feedback. * Participate in new employee onboarding, introducing company policies, internal rules, and procedures. * Support the organization and logistics of internal training sessions and events to ensure effectiveness. * Manage and archive documents, maintaining organization and confidentiality of information. * Contribute to preparing HR reports and metrics, supporting data analysis and decision-making. * Assist in addressing employee inquiries by clarifying doubts, providing information, and routing requests. * Participate in HR department meetings and projects to learn about daily routines and processes. * Continuously pursue learning and improvement of HR knowledge to support professional development.
