Become Sangue Laranja. **About the Role and Mission** You will join our IT Procurement team, which handles negotiation and contract management for technology. The team’s objective is to support internal clients in negotiations and decision-making regarding technology contracts. Our biggest challenge is managing medium- and long-term contracts, aligned with Inter’s and its subsidiaries’ strategies; to achieve this, we rely heavily on the E\-Proc system Coupa and AI tools. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:** * Identifying cost reduction opportunities (cost saving and cost avoidance) and developing sourcing strategies — i.e., how and from whom the company will procure specific categories of products or services; * Supporting business units in developing Business Cases for technology procurement, considering financial and technical challenges; * Contract, supplier, and stakeholder management. **What We’re Looking For** **Required Qualifications:** * Negotiation expertise, including BATNA (Best Alternative to a Negotiated Agreement), to build sustainable long-term agreements; * Contract knowledge, including clause interpretation, identification of contractual risks, and secure negotiation of terms; * Proficiency in tools and systems such as ERPs, advanced Excel spreadsheets, and BI tools like Tableau; * Broad Supply Chain knowledge — understanding how procurement connects with logistics, demand planning, inventory management, and production. * Category management and strategic sourcing, including segmentation of the procurement portfolio (e.g., using the Kraljic Matrix) and defining differentiated strategies for each procurement type — strategic, critical, leverage, and routine items require distinct approaches. * **Advanced or fluent English for meetings.** **Benefits** * Meal allowance and food voucher * Health and dental insurance * Life insurance * Birthday Day Off * Baby On Board and Nursing Room * Extended parental leave * Childcare/babysitting allowance and/or allowance for children with disabilities * Wellhub and Inter Running Group * CARE4U Space (Belo Horizonte): self-care services at exclusive rates, relaxation area, games, and mini-golf course * Benefits within our SuperApp, such as Duo Gourmet * Inter Prime Card * Internal training and development programs **Selection Process Steps** * Resume screening; * Screening call (initial outreach to align expectations about the role); * Assessments; * Interview with Talent Team; * Technical test (when required); * Interview with leadership; * Job Offer.
