Job Description As a Junior Accounting Analyst, you will work at our Shared Services Center and be responsible for fixed asset controls and analyses. Your responsibilities will include gathering supporting documentation for asset activations, disposals, and transfers; supporting fixed asset accounting closing routines; handling internal and external audit requests; and analyzing and preparing reports for KPIs. You must possess knowledge of general accounting. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform reconciliations and accounting analyses related to fixed assets. * Handle fixed asset matters (additions; transfers; disposals; analysis of work\-in\-progress fixed assets). * Monitor projects "on site", collecting information and assisting in drafting TEPs (Project Completion Certificates) for capitalizations. * Record accounting entries. * Analyze and propose improvements to internal controls. * Assist the Supervisor with various tasks. * Conduct cyclical inventories. * Monitor events related to asset management. Qualifications **Ideal candidate profile for this position:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Knowledge of general accounting. * Intermediate Excel skills. * SAP knowledge is a plus. * Technical knowledge of CPC 02 and 27 is a plus.
