Supports wine sales to add value to the role Job Description: **Job Summary:** We are looking for a Bartender to work at the restaurant bar, responsible for preparing and serving beverages, cocktails, beers, and similar items as requested by waitstaff. The professional will also set up and organize their workstation, verify and manage supplies, maintain workplace hygiene, cleaning, and safety, count bottles, and support wine sales when required. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise cleanliness of the workstation; * Set up and dismantle the workstation; * Monitor and prepare necessary ingredients for beverage preparation, such as ice, fruits, etc.; * Follow ANVISA hygiene rules and best practices for beverage preparation; * Count beverages; * Prepare cocktails and juices. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience as a Bartender or Assistant Bartender; * Flexible availability; * Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team. **Benefits:** * Medical assistance (50% of monthly premium covered by the company, with co-payment); * Dental assistance (free for the employee); * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher; * Life insurance (at no cost); * On-site meals; * Pharmacy card. **Working Hours:** * 4:00 PM to 12:20 AM (6-day rotation schedule) **Compensation:** * Fixed salary: BRL 1,697.00 per month; * Average commission: BRL 600.00 per month; * Opportunity for additional earnings. **Work Location:** * Av.
