As a **Waiter** at **Grupo FIT**, you will be the **cornerstone of the customer experience**, combining impeccable service with a strategic sales approach. Your main responsibilities and duties include: **Experience and Sales** * Deliver **consultative service**, with full mastery of the menu, ingredients, pairings, and house specialties. * Focus on **sales**: offer add-ons, implement strategic suggestions, and boost the average ticket. * **Accompany the customer’s entire journey** — from reception to checkout — with attention to detail. * **Resolve questions**, special requests, or adjustments with empathy, autonomy, and a focus on satisfaction. **Dining Room Pace and Operations** * Keep the dining room consistently **organized, clean, well-stocked, and fully functional** throughout your shift. * **Supervise and organize** your workstation and dining room supplies (glasses, beverages, ice, cutlery, etc.). * **Support inventory control**, signaling purchasing needs and restocking requirements. * Collaborate **in sync with the kitchen** to ensure accurate orders and error-free deliveries. **Leadership and Initiative** * Participate in **store opening and closing**, ensuring everything is ready for excellence in operations. * Be a **model of discipline, organization, and high-standard service**. * **Support Cumins and other waitstaff**, guiding the team toward high-performance operations. * **Suggest improvements**, staying attentive to opportunities to elevate the customer experience. **Requirements and Qualifications** We seek a professional with the following profile and qualifications: * **Organizational Values:** **Discipline**, which strengthens us; **Security**, in every action; **Gratitude**, which connects us; **Vibrancy**, which inspires. * **Technical Skills:** Prior **experience in dining room service and sales**, with the ability to "read" customers and deliver consultative service. * **Behavioral Skills:** Be a **proactive leader**, with **initiative, agility, and results orientation**.
