The Vetta Team understands the importance of teamwork and collaboration to deliver results that reach across the globe — while simultaneously **transforming each individual’s career.** **If you want to share your perspective toward a more sustainable world, join the Vetta Team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **In this team, you will have the opportunity to:** * Coordinate implementation of the corporate AI model, ensuring execution of the roadmap and achievement of defined milestones; structure and lead governance ceremonies (committees, thematic towers, ambassador program); * Serve as the central integration point among business units, IT, risk management, HR, and other stakeholders; * Organize the initiative backlog, track deliveries, and manage dependencies and impediments; * Support implementation of processes related to governance, prioritization, risk, benefits, and the lifecycle of AI initiatives; * Lead execution of the ambassador program and other organizational mobilization initiatives; * Consolidate KPIs, status updates, and tracking materials for executive reporting; * Develop management artifacts (schedules, plans, reports, records, and operational controls); support workshops, working sessions, and interactions with departments involved in the program; **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you for this position:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; * Proven experience managing corporate projects, preferably with multiple organizational interfaces; * Experience in digital transformation, technology, innovation, or cross-functional corporate programs; * Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives; * Experience developing executive materials and progress reports. **Desirable:** * Experience in digital transformation, automation, analytics, or AI programs; * Familiarity with corporate governance frameworks, PMO, or strategic programs; * Experience in industrial environments or large-scale organizations; * Familiarity with project management, collaboration, and dashboard tools. **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS:** As a people-focused company, we constantly strive to value our team.
