Support for administrative and operational activities **Position: Administrative Assistant** Caldeira Locações is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join its team, providing support in the company's administrative routines and contributing to the organization and smooth operation of office activities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the company's administrative routines • Document organization and archiving • Updating and managing administrative spreadsheets and records • Issuing and verifying administrative documents and invoices • Supporting administrative and operational departments • Assisting in preparing internal reports and controls • Providing basic support related to the Human Resources department **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, HR, or related fields is preferred) • Basic computer skills (Excel and Word) • Knowledge of Human Resources routines • Organization, proactivity, and strong communication skills • Commitment and responsibility toward assigned tasks • Personal vehicle for commuting to the company **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1.621,00 - R$2.500,00 per month Work Location: On-site
