Support in platform management and online customer service E\-commerce Analyst **Job Description** We are seeking an **E\-commerce Analyst** to manage and operate the company’s online sales, focusing on **marketplaces and e\-commerce platforms**. The professional will be responsible for product registration and updates, order tracking, sales performance analysis, and supporting digital channel operations. This position targets professionals experienced in **e\-commerce and marketplace operations**, and is not a system development or IT support role. **Responsibilities** * Management and operation of the company’s marketplaces * Product registration, review, and updates (title, description, price, stock, and images) * Order, billing, and shipping tracking * Monitoring of sales metrics and advertisement performance * Creation and optimization of marketplace listings * Customer service and support on sales platforms * Handling complaints, returns, and store reputation * Competitive, pricing, and sales opportunity analysis * Support in managing the company’s e\-commerce platform **Requirements** * Experience in **e\-commerce or marketplace operations** * Knowledge of online sales platforms * Experience in product registration and order management * Basic understanding of sales analysis and performance metrics * Intermediate proficiency in **Excel or Google Sheets** * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with **Mercado Livre, Shopee, Amazon, Magalu, or other marketplaces** * Experience with ERP or order integration systems * Experience with e\-commerce platforms Compensation: starting from R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Food basket Work Location: On-site
