We are looking for an E\-commerce Analyst to join our team, responsible for managing and optimizing our virtual store operations, always aiming for excellence in customer service and increased sales. Responsibilities: * Manage and update the online product catalog * Analyze metrics and develop strategies to increase sales * Optimize user experience on the website and ensure navigability * Execute digital marketing initiatives to promote products and brand * Monitor competitors and identify market opportunities Requirements: * Utilize Artificial Intelligence tools for e\-commerce process optimization (e.g., product descriptions, customer service, data analysis, and task automation); * Support continuous process improvement using technological solutions and digital tools; * Analyze data and generate insights to enhance customer experience and sales performance; * Identify opportunities for automation and productivity gains in e\-commerce routines; * Experience with e\-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce); * Knowledge of digital marketing and online sales strategies; * Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers; * Good communication and teamwork abilities; * Degree in related fields (Marketing, Business Administration, IT, etc).
