MAINTENANCE PLANNING AND CONTROL ANALYST POSITION
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Coordinate the company's preventive and corrective maintenance services to ensure process quality and accuracy, as well as team integration and safety during work activities.
Responsibilities:
\- Monitor external and third-party services;
\- Review third-party service completion reports;
\- Plan and monitor internal/external vehicle inspections;
\- Formalize external services by entering data into IQF / sending e\-mails to relevant stakeholders;
\- Manage direct reports; Develop and monitor vehicle maintenance plans; Identify/negotiate/request roadside assistance for vehicles on trips;
\- Prepare reports.
\- Control consumables related to maintenance activities;
\- Process technical information in records and generate control charts and reports.
\- Develop internal and external maintenance plans and schedules, specifying required tasks, respective frequencies, and necessary materials;
\- Create and manage preventive and corrective maintenance plans;
\- Register new equipment;
\- Control maintenance costs;
\- Monitor key performance indicators reflecting operational health and asset performance;
\- Prepare verification and service tracking reports, as well as work orders;
\- Compile historical information for analysis and identification of improvements;
\- Monitor mechanic-performed services via work orders from issuance through closure, verifying full execution before releasing vehicles to drivers;
Requirements:
* Academic qualification: Business Management Processes, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;
* Leadership profile and experience leading a team;
* Advanced Excel proficiency;
* Flexibility and ability to adapt to unplanned changes;
* Strategic and analytical mindset to deliver results;
* Attention to detail, organizational skills, and cleanliness awareness, etc.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in this role;
* Preferred: Experience in transportation company production control.
* Residency requirement: Pedro Leopoldo, Capim Branco, or Matozinhos.
**Starting salary: R$2\.532**
