Job Summary: This role provides technical support for microcomputers, troubleshoots software and hardware issues, and maintains computer network systems. Key Highlights: 1. Equipment inventory and installation * Completed Technical Course in Information Technology or currently pursuing a higher education degree in Information Technology * Salary: R$ 3.190,00 + Unifácil Health Plan + On-site lunch + Life insurance. * Provide microcomputer usage support via telephone and terminal interactions, identify issue types, resolve software and hardware problems, and deliver necessary information to ensure proper user utilization; * Report incidents and solutions from support requests, detailing adopted procedures and replaced components to ensure system logging and process continuity tracking; * Support users of the computer network in using hospital, financial, administrative, and print control software, ensuring equipment and system usability by end users; * Prepare and conduct inventory of spare parts stock, hard drives, memory modules, keyboards, various components, and available software for user access, meeting institutional requirements; * Assemble, test equipment, and install software according to demand, following instructions and supervisory guidance to ensure smooth information flow within the institution; Compensation: R$2.900,00 - R$3.190,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
