Actively contacting customers for negotiation and resolution of requests **Financial Analyst** **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the control and execution of accounts receivable activities (e.g., bank reconciliation); * Customer billing * Customer portfolio management (monitoring overdue and upcoming due invoices); * Proactive contact and negotiation with customers via various communication channels for collections, payment term negotiations, and other relevant needs; * Delinquency and risk analysis: identify late-payment patterns, analyze payment behavior, assess credit risk, * suggest account blocks; * Update system information such as payment forecasts, reasons for delays, contact details, and registration data; * Receive customer requests, including inquiries regarding invoices, handle and resolve them or escalate to the responsible party; **Prerequisites:** * Currently enrolled in or completed undergraduate degree in Administration / Accounting or related fields; * Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; * Dynamic, agile, analytical, organized, with logical reasoning. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 Availability to work fully onsite in the Universitário neighborhood / BH **Benefits:** * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Meal allowance; * Food voucher; * Life insurance; * Transportation voucher or Fuel allowance; * WellHub; * Basic food basket Employment Type: Permanent CLT Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Basic food basket * Meal allowance * Transportation voucher Work Location: Onsite Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3.400,00 - R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Basic food basket * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: Onsite
