Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for providing customer service and guidance, scheduling examinations, and contributing to service quality at the Examination Scheduling Center. Administrative support and maintenance of service quality We currently have an opening for an Examination Scheduling Assistant. **This position is exclusively for Persons with Disabilities (PCD).** The professional will be responsible for serving customers, providing guidance, scheduling examinations, clarifying doubts, and contributing to service quality and the smooth operation of the Examination Scheduling Center. **Main Responsibilities:** * Serve and guide customers and their families regarding examinations, schedules, locations, and necessary preparations for procedures; * Schedule and reschedule examinations; * Make telephone calls to confirm procedures and clarify doubts; * Verify information and documentation provided by customers for examinations; * Manage appointment schedules and organize information related to services; * Register and update customer data in the system; * Contact patients to schedule prescribed examinations; * Record requests and forward them to the relevant departments when necessary; * Support the team and leadership with administrative tasks related to the area; * Ensure service quality, confidentiality of information, and compliance with internal procedures. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Basic computer knowledge; * Aptitude for public service and telephone interaction; * Availability for on-site work in the Santo Agostinho neighborhood, Belo Horizonte. **Working Hours:** 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Compensation: R$1.739,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Profit-sharing program * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * This position is designated for persons with disabilities.
