Opportunity to work as part of a team We are looking for a committed and responsible professional to perform cleaning, maintenance, and organization of facilities, contributing to the upkeep of a clean, safe, and pleasant space for everyone. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform cleaning and maintenance of indoor and outdoor areas; * Carry out sweeping, washing, and maintenance of floors; * Clean furniture, glass, window frames, and various surfaces; * Collect and dispose of waste appropriately; * Restock hygiene supplies when necessary; * Clean parking lots and paved areas; * Perform selective waste collection; * Clean and maintain metal surfaces, handrails, and other structures; * Assist in water tank sanitation according to schedule; * Carry out other activities related to facility maintenance and cleaning. **Requirements** * Completed or incomplete elementary education; * Experience in cleaning and maintenance is a plus; * Organized, responsible, and attentive to detail; * Ability to work well in a team. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in cleaning glass and building facades; * NR 35 Certification (Work at Height), where applicable to the activities **Benefits** * Salary: R$1\.772,80 * Hazard Pay: 40% \- R$648,40 * Meal Allowance: R$31,34 (per working day) * Basic Food Basket: R$200,00 * Transportation Allowance: As per region * Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Join our team!** Compensation: R$1\.621,00 \- R$1\.772,80 per month Benefits: * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance Work Location: On-site
