If you are a nurse with solid experience in hospital management and wish to work at an institution recognized for its excellence in oncology and philanthropic care, this opportunity is for you. ### **Work Location** **Hospital Raja – Belo Horizonte/MG** **Work Model:** 100% In-person **Responsibilities and Duties** We seek a leader capable of strategically managing clinical areas, ensuring excellence in patient care, safety, quality, and sustainability of processes. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for: * Managing nursing and multidisciplinary teams, promoting a culture of high performance and humanized care; * Providing technical oversight of the Nursing Service before regulatory bodies (COREN, ANVISA, and Sanitary Surveillance); * Planning, monitoring, and optimizing clinical, operational, and financial indicators; * Ensuring implementation and compliance with clinical protocols, institutional standards, and patient safety policies; * Participating in the institution’s strategic planning, cascading goals and tracking outcomes; * Leading continuous improvement, quality, and process-based management initiatives; * Developing leadership capabilities, strengthening ongoing education, and supporting teams’ technical growth; * Participating in budgetary management, staffing planning, and resource planning; * Promoting integration among the clinical staff, multidisciplinary teams, and administrative departments; * Managing people, recruiting, and developing clinical teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **Mandatory** * Completed undergraduate degree in Nursing; * Active registration with COREN\-MG; * Postgraduate degree, specialization, or MBA in Hospital Administration, Health Services Management, Nursing Management, or related fields. ### **Desirable** * Proven experience in hospital nursing management; * Experience in coordinating or managing clinical services; * Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a nurse or coordinator in clinical areas; * Knowledge of indicator-based management, hospital quality, patient safety, and accreditation standards. **Additional Information** **Transportation:** Transportation Allowance; **Well-being:** Unimed medical and dental plan, Sesc partnership (clubs, lodges, and discounts), Droga Clara pharmacy network; **Education:** Exclusive discounts and scholarships at Anhanguera University; **Meals:** Meal/Voucher Allowance of R$ 28.60 per working day; Are you looking for more than just a job?
