Job Summary: Coordinate the technical team, plan maintenance activities, and monitor the performance of solar power plants, managing incidents and preparing client reports. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate and supervise the technical team responsible for operation and maintenance of solar power plants 2. Plan and oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance 3. Analyze failures in photovoltaic systems and prepare technical reports **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related fields; ✓ Proven experience in Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of photovoltaic solar power plants; ✓ Advanced knowledge of solar systems and operating principles of major components (Modules, Inverters, Trackers, Transformers); ✓ Performance analysis and operational key performance indicators (KPIs); ✓ Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and protection systems; ✓ Energy performance simulation using PVSyst or similar software; ✓ Thermography and electrical testing of transformers, AC/DC cables, and grounding systems. ✓ Experience with solar power plant monitoring platforms; ✓ Proficiency in Excel or data analysis tools; ✓ Availability for technical site visits and travel.Coordinate and supervise the technical team responsible for operation and maintenance of solar power plants; **Responsibilities:** ✓ Plan and oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance; ✓ Monitor plant performance indicators (Performance Ratio [PR], availability, alarms, and generation losses); ✓ Analyze failures in photovoltaic systems, inverters, trackers, communication systems, and electrical protection devices; ✓ Manage, prioritize, and resolve alarms and operational incidents; ✓ Prepare and review technical reports and monthly performance reports for clients; ✓ Supervise and guide field activities, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards; ✓ Support standardization of processes, technical procedures, and continuous operational improvement; ✓ Maintain direct interface with clients to clarify incidents and present operational results; ✓ Support implementation and enhancement of the company’s management and monitoring tools.
