




Job Summary: This professional will support the HR Management team in developing and implementing people management tools and practices, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement of HR processes. Key Highlights: 1. Support HR management in developing people management practices. 2. Structure, review, and standardize HR processes. 3. Develop and deliver training programs for leaders and employees. Support HR management in developing and implementing people management tools and practices. Structure, review, and standardize HR processes, ensuring they are executed in accordance with internal guidelines and applicable legislation. Monitor and ensure the quality of HR routines, identifying and correcting deviations. Develop and deliver training programs targeted at leaders and employees (onboarding, internal policies, behavioral and technical development). Ensure proper implementation of HR policies across the organization. Serve as a support point for leaders in addressing people management-related topics. Propose continuous improvements to HR processes, tools, and practices. Track departmental metrics and support the definition of action plans. Support internal communication regarding HR processes, programs, and guidelines. Perform other duties related to this position. Comply with company internal rules, policies, and procedures.
