Ensure conservation and basic maintenance of equipment. **Job Description:** Responsible for operating tire-driven tractors and roller compactors in earthmoving, paving, and general construction activities, ensuring proper execution of work in accordance with project specifications, technical standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate tire-driven tractors and roller compactors for soil, asphalt, and other material compaction. * Perform leveling, spreading, and compaction according to technical instructions. * Conduct daily equipment inspections, verifying operational conditions, fuel levels, and functionality. * Ensure conservation, cleaning, and basic maintenance of equipment. * Strictly comply with occupational safety regulations and use mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE). * Support the field team as required by project needs. * Report any irregularities, malfunctions, or maintenance requirements to supervisors.
