As soon as an opportunity aligned with your profile arises, we will contact you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate high-complexity electromechanical machines and/or systems—including Boilers, Cranes, Loaders, Automated Wastewater Treatment Plants (ETE), UHT Process Areas (Evaporators, Pasteurizers, Sterilizers), Concentrators/Dryers, and others—according to production orders and specific procedures; * Perform monitoring readings, finished product reporting, and sample collection; * Document shift occurrences, including assessment of potential losses; * Execute equipment hygiene, cleaning, and inspection procedures; * Inspect equipment operational conditions and performance; * Collaborate in executing other area-related activities; * Act in accordance with company procedures; * Keep immediate supervisor informed about area activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory: * Completed High School education; * Practical experience and basic knowledge of UHT Production Processes (direct and indirect thermal sterilization); * Practical experience and knowledge of Operational Excellence routines (Daily Informational Moment, Shift Handover, and Visual Management); * Experience in initiating active care protocols; * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite); * Availability to work rotating shifts and on a 6x2 schedule; * Residency in Governador Valadares/MG. **Additional Information** **What We Offer?** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance; * On-site Meals (Factory); * Health Insurance Plan; * Dental Insurance Plan; * Life Insurance; * Christmas Card; * Study Grant; * Free Psychological Consultations (Wellz); * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * PLR – Profit and Results Sharing.
