Focus on quality, discipline, and organization **Responsibilities:** **\-** Operate **cylinders, ovens, and Syrian bread machines**, processing doughs and performing quality control; Assist in packaging bread and other production areas as needed, handling doughs and operating sheeting machines; Complete production control spreadsheets; Sanitize and organize equipment and the workplace. **Requirements:** Experience with food machinery is a plus; discipline; commitment; empathy; organization.
