




Job Summary: The professional will assist in tender document analysis, preparation of technical and commercial proposals, and contract and documentation monitoring, with a focus on customer service. Contract monitoring and customer support Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Engineering, or Administration (completed or in progress) Commercial sector experience Bidding process experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Willingness to travel Responsibilities: Assist in analyzing tender documents, technical specifications, and customer and/or potential customer requirements; \- Assist in evaluating all documents required for participation in bidding processes, as specified in each tender document; \- Monitor legal documents within their validity period; \- Prepare technical and commercial proposals according to operational and small-scale demands; \- Monitor contract price adjustments; \- Accompany/visit customers/partners on-site in person when necessary; \- Assist/monitor the implementation and mobilization process of contracts; \- Monitor and/or update service agreement documentation in FLUIG; \- Update the spreadsheet tracking ongoing, declined, and/or closed processes; \- Customer support.
