Teamwork and communication Description: Clean the interior and surrounding areas of ovens to prepare for firewood loading, removing residues, bark, and fine sawdust, and transport them via handcart to designated locations; prepare clay paste to seal oven doors; remove charcoal from ovens after carbonization. Responsibilities and Duties \- Assist in preparing and organizing materials and equipment required for oven operations. Fulfill the company's mission, principles, values, quality, health, safety policies and standards, and business objectives, demonstrating versatility and self-development, practicing 5S, performing related and inherent job tasks under the supervision of the immediate superior. \- Maintain cleanliness and preservation of the workplace, complying with safety and hygiene regulations. \- Support monitoring of the production process to ensure quality and efficiency. \- Record production and raw material usage information, providing data for daily reports. \- Work in teams, ensuring communication and information flow among department members.
