Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **and being responsible for:** * Planning operations for each area to meet demand and optimize cargo handling expenses per shift and per day, considering risks and impacts on the plan to ensure delivery of key performance indicators within established targets. * Monitoring and controlling data quality, providing analytical models and decision-making support based on strategic indicators, as well as preparing presentations and reports for daily, weekly, and monthly meetings. * Analyzing and identifying opportunities in the operational plan, adjusting strategies to optimize resource utilization and allocated costs, ensuring adherence to processing and dispatch deadlines. * Evaluating demand assumptions and definitions provided by the local team, anticipating decisions for effective and efficient execution, and assessing operational processes while aligning unit strategies to define an overarching strategic plan. * Developing tools for workforce management, Learning Management System (LMS), and operational productivity. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed and advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. * Demonstrated experience building and automating reports and management dashboards for KPIs, proposing improvements, and leading data-driven decision-making. * Knowledge of SQL, BigQuery, Python, programming, and dashboard development is a plus. * Availability to work onsite in Barueri/SP, on a 5-days-on/2-days-off schedule, from 9:00 AM to 6:48 PM. **We offer you:** * The opportunity to be part of an entrepreneurial company where we love thinking big and long-term. * The chance to take ownership of your development in an environment rich with opportunities, learning, growth, expansion, and challenging projects. * Collaboration and knowledge-sharing with outstanding professionals and experts. * An excellent work environment, equipped with everything you need to have a truly great experience. :) Mercado Libre does not contact candidates offering job opportunities in exchange for money.
