Imagine yourself driving challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **and being responsible for:** * Managing people and operational routines, including oversight of work schedules, overtime, and direct team engagement. * Identifying risks, tracking incidents, and implementing corrective and preventive actions in partnership with relevant departments. * Managing and monitoring logistics processes—including inbound, sorting, outbound, inventory, loss and damage control, inventory accuracy, and process quality. * Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting key operational performance indicators, ensuring continuous result tracking and achievement of established goals. * Conducting volume forecasting and projection analyses, as well as determining staffing requirements to meet operational demands. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in operational routines at Distribution Centers or in transportation, including people management. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Power BI expertise or experience building management dashboards and KPIs is considered a plus. * Knowledge of and experience applying quality tools, audit processes, and project management practices focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence. * Availability to work onsite at the Cotia-SP facility on a 6x1 schedule, from 3:30 AM to 10:30 AM, with flexibility for occasional schedule adjustments. **We Offer:** * The opportunity to join an entrepreneurial company where we love thinking big and long-term. * Being the protagonist of your development within an environment rich in opportunities, learning, growth, expansion, and challenging projects. * Collaborating and learning alongside excellent professionals and subject-matter experts. * An outstanding work environment equipped with everything you need for an exceptional experience. :) Mercado Libre does not contact candidates offering job opportunities in exchange for monetary payment.
