To learn more, visit www.bureauveritas.com.br Key Responsibilities: Develop the equipment lockout matrix. * Comply with and uphold safety, quality, and environmental standards and procedures in accordance with company policies. * Develop and review maintenance plans, applying equipment reliability tools and sizing necessary resources for maintenance execution. * Compile the unit’s list of critical spare parts to ensure operational continuity aligned with production planning and maintenance strategy. * Develop procedures for the maintenance team to standardize activities and guarantee execution quality. * Conduct loss profile analysis and failure treatment. * Specify, control, and inspect materials, resources, and tooling required for developing maintenance plans, establishing replacement stock parameters, as well as participating in studies for material specification changes or projects aimed at improving equipment performance and extending service life. * Provide technical support for equipment and component maintenance and repair processes. * Integrate equipment maintenance plans to optimize processes, ensuring predictability in maintenance routines—including resource allocation, tooling, controls, and assignment of roles and responsibilities to involved teams. * Conduct critical analyses jointly with the procurement team, supporting the creation of requisition forms (NIs) and defining criteria for replenishing maintenance materials and consumables inventory. * Identify and lead feasibility studies for implementing improvements in the maintenance process.
