Conduct field documentation and maintain archaeological equipment. **Are you ready to join a team shaping a more sustainable future?** At **CLAM**, we are driven by a clear purpose: **to promote balance between development and preservation, generating value for companies, people, and the planet.** For nearly 30 years, we have delivered intelligent environmental solutions that contribute to a more sustainable world—through innovation, ethics, and tangible impact. **We are seeking professionals who share our vision and are ready to make a difference.** **Location:** Itabira MG **Work Format:** On-site **Daily Challenges You’ll Face:** During archaeological monitoring in the construction implementation phase, the field assistant works under the direct supervision of the responsible archaeologist, performing the following tasks: Monitor construction fronts, focusing on soil disturbance areas (e.g., grading, excavations, drainage), remaining vigilant for potential archaeological remains; Assist in visual screening of excavated soil, supporting detection of artifacts or archaeological structures according to protocols established by the technical team; Support the marking and isolation of areas with potential findings, contributing to immediate heritage protection until technical evaluation; Document and package any archaeological materials identified, following instructions from the archaeology team; Assist in preparing field documentation, including completing forms, identifying samples, organizing labels, and making basic notes under guidance; Assist in coordinating with construction teams when necessary, advising on sensitive areas while adhering to defined safety and communication protocols; Maintain archaeological equipment and materials during field activities; Comply with occupational safety regulations and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, contributing to team physical safety and smooth operations; Operate 4x4 vehicles on rural or otherwise difficult-to-access roads whenever required for team and equipment transportation, observing traffic and operational safety rules. **What We Expect From You:** Education: Primary school completion; Driver’s license category B; Proof of experience operating 4x4 vehicles. **Employment Type:** CLT **Benefits That Care For You:** Meal Allowance Transportation Allowance Medical and Dental Assistance Education Assistance Life Insurance ️‍ ️Wellhub (Gympass) Join CLAM! **CLAM — A unique way of doing things sustainably.**
