We seek a dedicated, responsible, and eager-to-learn professional who enjoys manual work and contributes to maintaining and improving the institution's infrastructure. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from **7:00 AM to 5:15 PM** **Salary:** R$ **1\.589,00** **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist bricklayers in executing masonry and building maintenance tasks; * Prepare materials, tools, and equipment required for the job; * Perform cleanup and organization of the construction site; * Transport supplies and assist in mixing mortar, laying bricks, and plastering; * Comply with safety regulations and properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); * Collaborate effectively within a team and maintain a cooperative attitude in the workplace. **Benefits:** * Big Card card with a monthly credit of **R$ 200,00**; * **Basic food basket**; * **Birthday day off**; * **Free access to health services** provided by the institution; * **Tuition assistance** (after 6 months) for **undergraduate and postgraduate programs**.
