Job Summary: Grupo Mult is seeking proactive, determined, and personable individuals to support vehicle post-sales processes, provide customer service, and assist with administrative tasks. We seek and value talented individuals who are personable, driven, and determined. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Support vehicle post-sales processes by following up on requests after vehicle delivery; * Provide customer service and outreach during post-sales, offering guidance and directing inquiries; * Maneuver vehicles in the dealership yard when necessary, adhering to internal safety regulations; * Inspect vehicle washes to ensure quality standards prior to customer delivery; * Verify customer documentation and registration information; * Archive physical and digital departmental processes, contracts, and documents; * Assist in monitoring deadlines, pending items, and post-sales administrative processes; * Update internal systems, spreadsheets, and operational controls; * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper functioning of the post-sales reception area; * Support the sales team, service team, and other dealership departments in post-sales routines. Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) Driver's License: Class B
