Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring project budgets and schedules, cost control, progress reports, and construction coordination, as well as analyzing new projects. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis and development of new projects. **Responsibilities** Responsible for monitoring project budget and schedule; performing cost control; preparing progress reports; authorizing purchases; monitoring and approving measurements in Sienge; coordinating construction projects; jointly analyzing with partners the development of new projects, among other duties. **Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required; **Relevant experience in the responsibilities listed above is required;** Proficiency in computer applications (particularly Excel); experience with the Sienge system is desirable; preference for candidates residing in Ipatinga. **Additional Information** Compensation: R$ 5\.000,00\+ transportation allowance.
