




Job Summary: Professional responsible for scheduling and monitoring corrective and preventive maintenance services for machines, equipment, building infrastructure, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, seeking improvements and new suppliers. Identify improvements and prospect new suppliers Description: Reporting to the Maintenance Coordinator, schedules corrective and preventive maintenance services for store machines and equipment, building infrastructure, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, and monitors execution until completion. Analyzes service orders, controls service performance indicators, identifies opportunities for improvement in maintenance programs, and prospects or develops new maintenance service providers to support company units.
