Verifies that the store is in order, ensuring cleanliness, proper arrangement of merchandise on counters and shelves, and supervising the overall appearance of both the interior and exterior of the establishment. Also oversees staff presentation and conduct to ensure appropriate customer service. Manages inventory control, places orders for restocking merchandise, and monitors the product receiving and delivery process. Additionally, analyzes sales performance, categorizing products by highest and lowest turnover, and motivates the team to achieve individual targets and store objectives.
