Job Summary: A professional to gather and analyze business requirements, map processes, and act as a bridge between technical and business areas, supporting the project lifecycle. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in process analysis and improvement Responsibilities: * Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. * Map processes, identify opportunities for improvement and automation. * Prepare functional documentation, workflows, and diagrams. * Serve as a bridge between technical and business areas, ensuring clarity and alignment of information. * Support development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle. * Participate in acceptance testing and validation of deliverables. * Contribute to the development of solutions for projects involving AWS, IBM, and UiPath. * Interact with external and internal clients. * Track feasibility requests initiated by the commercial team. Required Qualifications: * Ability to critically analyze data and processes. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate meetings and workshops. * Experience in process analysis and improvement. * Skills in requirements gathering and documentation. * Intermediate English proficiency. Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of RPA or AI is a plus. * Experience with flowchart tools. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
