This professional will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and specifying user requirements, ensuring clarity and objectivity in requests for system enhancements or fixes. The primary objective is to translate business needs into well-defined functional requirements that serve as the foundation for the IT development team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Gather requirements from end-user departments, understanding business processes and specific needs. * Prepare functional specification documents (requirements and use cases, workflows, business rules, screen prototypes, etc.). * Act as a facilitator between users and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding. * Participate in prioritization and validation of requirements with requesting departments. * Support the definition of scope for projects and enhancement requests, avoiding ambiguity. * Conduct impact analysis for changes to existing systems. * Support QA teams and end-users in defining and validating acceptance criteria. * Ensure traceability of requirements from initial request through to production deployment. * Participate in agile ceremonies (where applicable), supporting the Product Owner and other stakeholders. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields. * Prior experience in functional requirements analysis and requirement specification. * Knowledge of requirements elicitation techniques (interviews, workshops, process observation, document analysis). * Experience creating artifacts such as use cases, user stories, prototypes, and flowcharts. * Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and proficiency in translating technical language to business terms—and vice versa. **Desired Qualifications:** * Experience in Shared Services Centers (SSCs). * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello). * Basic knowledge of process modeling (BPMN) and UX/UI. * Experience in implementing or enhancing Shared Services Centers. * Understanding of core SSC processes (finance, HR, procurement, internal customer support). * Experience mapping, redesigning, and standardizing processes for centralization in SSCs. * Involvement in continuous improvement and process automation initiatives within SSCs. * Understanding of performance indicators and SLAs applied to shared services operations. **We Offer:** * Meal Allowance and Food Allowance: Monthly benefits for food-related expenses, both at home and outside. * Private Pension Plan: Future planning with supplementary retirement contributions. * Health Insurance: High-quality medical coverage for you and your legal dependents. * Dental Insurance: Comprehensive dental care with an extensive provider network. * Life Insurance: Protection and security for you and your loved ones. * English/Spanish Classes: Language learning incentive. * Wellhub: Benefits and discounts at gyms and wellness programs. * Daycare Assistance: Financial support for early childhood education expenses. * Neoris Global Campus: A development platform offering continuous learning and professional growth opportunities.
