




Job Summary: Coordinate and implement preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities to ensure the availability and reliability of industrial machinery and equipment. Focus on safety and quality of factory operations Coordinate maintenance department activities related to planning and control of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance; assembly/installation of industrial equipment; technical feasibility studies; and facility expansion projects; implement best practices and processes; guide the team; collaborate with other departments; ensure machine/equipment availability and reliability, as well as factory facility safety, enabling operations to be conducted with quality and aligned with organizational goals and objectives. **Minimum Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Microsoft Office \- intermediate level; * English \- intermediate level; * Prior leadership experience; * Prior maintenance experience. **Desirable Requirements:** * Postgraduate degree in related fields; * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, PCM, and SGI.
