It serves segmented clients and offers a dynamic and collaborative environment, ideal for professionals seeking continuous growth and learning. **Location:** Duque de Caxias (RJ) **Work Model:** 100% on-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Employment Type:** CLT – Permanent * **Salary:** R$ 4.435,00 + Benefits; Transportation Allowance + Meal Allowance (R$ 35.00 per day) + Conexa Saúde – Viva Psychology + Health Insurance + Vale-fit. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Execute and review monthly and annual accounting closings (Real Profit, Presumed Profit, and Simples Nacional regimes). * Perform analysis, classification, and reconciliation of balance sheet and income statement accounts. * Prepare and submit ancillary obligations (ECD, ECF, MIT, among others). * Support calculation and verification of direct and indirect taxes. * Prepare financial statements and management reports. * Attend internal and external audits. * Provide technical support and accounting and tax consulting services to clients. * Review and implement internal controls. ### **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in **Accounting Sciences**. * **3 to 5 years** of experience as a Senior Accounting Analyst. * Proficiency in **accounting standards (CPC/IFRS)**. * Knowledge of **Real Profit regime and IRPJ/CSLL calculation**. * Experience with **accounting and tax ERP systems**. * Advanced **Excel** skills. ### **Essential Competencies** * Analytical ability and critical thinking. * Organization and deadline orientation. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proactivity and continuous learning. * Responsibility and autonomy.
